The team is responsible for day-to-day facilities operations, capital planning, and engineering operations of owned and leased facilities to ensure business is conducted in a clean, safe, and efficient work environment and that the value of Company physical assets is protected and enhanced, adhering to the highest level of engineering standards.
Part of a team of HVAC technicians falls under the direction of the Facilities Manager utilizing an established work-order dispatch system. Responsible for maintaining all HVAC equipment and related systems on The Woodlands campus.
Primary areas of attention are supporting technical production, transmission, and data center facilities and technical equipment rooms.

The hiring range for this position in The Woodlands, TX is $62,200 - $83,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
