We are looking for a Data Integration & Migration professional with experience working within a team setting to design, deploy, and support technical solutions, with a primary focus on D365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&SC) data migration and application integration.
The team:
You will be working with a national team with a client base that extends across the United States, many of which have a global footprint. Our Data Integration & Migration team members have served in both consulting and industry roles and specialize in helping organizations deploy repeatable, scalable, and sustainable solutions that save time and resources. Our team is focused on ERP, CRM, and other Business Application data migrations and integrations from and to one or many different applications, with a strong emphasis on D365 F&SC implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
We have experienced rapid growth and maintain a strong pipeline of interesting and challenging projects. Our team is constantly looking for ways to evolve our delivery methods, technical solutions, and client capabilities through certifications and regular training. Team members are expected to contribute to these efforts in addition to client delivery responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with client business, data, technical, project management, and partner teams to deliver complex D365 F&SC data migration and integration engagements
• Lead data migration and application integration workstreams for D365 Finance & Supply Chain programs, including data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, and end-to-end integration with upstream and downstream systems
• Document scope, assumptions, dependencies, estimates, and timelines using discovery sessions, workshops, interviews, and data profiling
• Assit in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Define data mappings, transformation rules, reference data, and data lineage across source systems and D365 F&SC target models
• Work with data in normalized and dimensional models to support migration, reconciliation, and reporting needs
• Design, build, and demonstrate technical solutions using technologies such as:
o Data Management Framework (DMF)
o Dual-write and Dataverse
o Azure Data Factory (ADF)
o Azure SQL Database / SQL Server
o T-SQL
o Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
o Integration patterns using REST APIs, OData, and iPaaS platforms (Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
o Azure DevOps, GitHub, Atlassian Jira
• Lead data validation, reconciliation, testing strategies, and cutover planning
• Triage and resolve defects, manage QA cycles, and support user acceptance testing
• Be open to supporting other project types, learning new technologies, and broadening skillsets
Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience leading data migration and integration efforts for F&SC
• Hands-on experience with D365 F&SC Data Management Framework (DMF)
• Experience integrating D365 F&SC with upstream and downstream systems
• Experience building and validating data models aligned to D365 F&SC entities
• Minimum of 6 years in a data-focused role
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams or workstreams
• Relevant technical certifications (Boomi, Microsoft, Azure, data/integration tools)
Preferred qualifications:
• Understanding of D365 Finance and Supply Chain functional areas (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report)
• Understanding of D365 F&SC data entities, tables, and extensibility concepts
• Experience with data migration tooling, templates, and repeatable frameworks for D365
• Experience with dual-write, Dataverse, and Power Platform integrations
• Experience developing and consuming REST/OData APIs for D365 F&SC
• Experience with data reconciliation, financial balancing, and audit support during ERP migrations
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics in D365 F&SC and Power BI
