Unspecified- •Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards.
Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of products and processes to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for nonconformities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, etc.) to resolve quality issues.
Support creation and review of control plans, PFMEA, and inspection criteria.
Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and reduce defects.
Manage customer complaints, quality notifications (QN), and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
Support supplier quality management by participating in supplier audits and qualification activities.
Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, or other applicable quality standards.
Train and support operators, technicians, and other staff on quality processes and requirements.
Participate in new product introductions (NPI) by reviewing design documents and validating manufacturing processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Engineering degree or similar industry qualification.
In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Strong communication skills (written and oral).
Experience in manufacturing assembly process.
High proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
Organizational skill with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
High proficiency in MS Office applications.
Can work with minimum Supervision.
Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
With at least a year in his/her current position.
