*Responsibilities:*
* Assist the *Director of Nursing (DON)* in managing daily nursing operation
* Provide *leadership, mentorship, and support* to nursing staff
* Ensure compliance with *state, federal, and facility regulations*

*Qualifications:*
✅ *Active RN or LPN license* in the state of Colorado (or compact license)
✅ *Previous leadership experience required* (ADON, Unit Manager, or similar role)
✅ *Long-term care experience required* (skilled nursing, rehab, or assisted living)
✅ *Knowledge of wound care* and best practices in skilled nursing settings
✅ Strong knowledge of *state and federal regulations* for skilled nursing facilities
✅ Excellent *communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills*
