Responsibilities: The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial, analytical, and reporting support to assist in operational and strategic decision making for Community Health Partners (CHP). This individual collaborates with various inter-departmental teams and external partners to develop reports and dashboards that measure and trend key performance metrics. Assists with the design, development, and maintenance of reporting systems for business operations. Participates in other projects as directed. Qualifications: Education• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required Experience• 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and data analysis preferred• Experience with software such as, Epic, Lawson, Excel and Tableau preferred• Working knowledge of CMS Relative Value Units (RVUs) and CPT codes preferred Disclaimers:• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
