• POSITION SUMMARY
  • The Claims Analyst – Financial Counselor is responsible for working with patients to resolve their outstanding account balances. This includes providing an explanation of the account balance, offering payment arrangements and/or screening for charity care.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Healthcare/Computer/Customer Service/Collections - 1 year experience
