Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6a6p or 6p6a

Coverage: Days, nights, and weekends required

Provider: Certified NP or PA-C

License: Active Illinois license required

IL Controlled Substance License: Required

Certifications: BLS, ACLS & PALS (AHA)

Orientation: Weekday prior to first shift, typically 7:30a5p

OT: Applies to patient care beyond scheduled 12-hour shift

Credentialing: Clean/easy-to-credential candidates strongly preferred

Submission: Two completed professional references required

Travel: Mileage/lodging for driving candidates; flights may be considered for candidates outside driving distance

Start: ASAP / based on credentialing
