Sr Finance Integration Analyst

NFI Industries is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Integration Analyst to support the interfaces that move data into and out of our financial systems, spanning general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, procurement, banking, and reporting. The position sits on the Finance Systems team, a functional support group within Finance, and is accountable for integration requirements, design, controls, testing, and production support, partnering with Information Technology for platform development.

The ideal candidate has experience with ERP and financial applications, system integrations, APIs, data transformation, and accounting processes. This individual will serve as a lead for integration initiatives involving general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, payroll, banking, reporting, and related platforms

• The individual will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations between the ERP financial system and internal or third-party applications
• Build and support integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, ETL tools, database procedures, and secure file transfers
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll and Procurement teams to gather requirements and define solutions.

• Integrate financial applications with banking platforms, payment processors, tax systems, expense platforms and reporting tools

•  Analyze source and target data structures and create field mappings, transformation rules, reconciliation controls, and exception-handling processes

• Lead integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing

  Ensure integrations meet security, data privacy, segregation-of-duties, and financial-control requirements

• Support financial close activities by ensuring interfaces are complete, accurate, and processed within required timelines

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management

This role is based in Camden, NJ and reports to the Senior Director of Finance Systems. The Finance Systems team is responsible for system administration, system integration, process review, and process improvement within Financial Services.

• Working knowledge of core financial processes: general ledger, payables, receivables, procurement, payroll, and the close, and the ability to explain the accounting impact of an interface failure
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, web services, SFTP, and file-based interfaces
• Experience with middleware, integration-platform, or ETL technologies
• Understanding of core financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, procurement, cash management, and financial close
• Experience with source-to-target mapping, data transformation, error handling, reconciliation, and production support
• Familiarity with software-development lifecycle practices, version control, release management, and change-control processes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to explain design concepts clearly to finance and accounting stakeholders
• Proficiency with one or more programming or scripting languages, such as Python,Java, or shell scripting
• Experience with cloud integration platforms such as Azure Integration Services or Boomi
• Familiarity with Workday Financials preferred
