Who We Are
At RTX, we're a diverse team of explorers united in our goal to push the boundaries of known science – and solve the world's most complex problems. We design. We engineer. We code. We research. Progress is not inevitable. It is initiated – by tirelessly asking the hard questions and finding answers. Progress defines the future and defines us – because the progress we make matters.
Diversity
RTX solves some of the toughest challenges in aerospace and defense. That requires expansive thinking and bold innovation – and that, in turn, requires a culture that is diverse, equitable and inclusive.
We embrace individuality and diversity of thought to fuel opportunity for our employees, our customers and our communities. We work toward progress, knowing that a more inclusive world is critical to our mission. Not just in this moment, but always.
To build a diverse and harmonious team, we are guided by key pillars of action that we are committed to achieving. These include:
Workforce Diversity: We are connected to communities around the world. Being a good neighbor means investing our resources to help everyone thrive. Additionally, we have found that providing employees with opportunities to volunteer helps promote leadership development and reduces attrition.

Commitment to Military
At RTX, we know and value the strategic and tactical talents that only veterans and military spouses can offer. We are dedicated to hiring US Military Veterans and their spouses – whether you’re a veteran, a reserve member, military spouse or transitioning from active duty to a civilian career. Our military veterans work across all disciplines. They lead our business, engineer our products and manage our supply chain.
As part of a tight-knit team that values your determination and resourcefulness, you'll do work that has an enormous impact on customers across the globe. We offer an array of programs to help you transition to your civilian career, connect with colleagues and give back to your community. The skills you developed during your military career have served you well – and they're just as valuable now. If you're ready to help us create trusted, innovative solutions for a safer, more connected world, join our talent community and an RTX representative will contact you if they have a matching job opportunity. This is the moment your next mission begins. To assist you in joining our team, we have developed a hiring guide specifically for veterans and military spouses.
Our benefits are uniquely designed to support veterans and military spouses. They encompass health and wellness plans, retirement savings, income and asset protection, work-life balance with flexible arrangements and paid time off (PTO), relocation assistance, and tuition support.
