Responsibilities: As Director of Provider Contracting for Community Health Partners (CHP), you will lead the strategy, administration, compliance, and financial oversight of provider employment and professional services agreements for the Medical Foundation. As the organization's expert in physician and advanced practice provider (APP) contracting and compensation, you will ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, fair market value (FMV) standards, and organizational goals. This role oversees the full contract lifecycle, including development, execution, compensation administration, performance monitoring, renewals, and compliance management.
