*Overview*
The Great Big Outlet (GBO) is La Crosse Technology’s unique, single-door outlet and we’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Store Manager who can own every aspect of running this specialty retail location. This is not your standard store manager position, it is an opportunity to fully manage a business unit with the backing of a great team!
*Responsibilities*
* Oversee daily store operations, including staff management (1–2 employees).
* Lead pricing, merchandising, and promotions to drive sales.
* Manage social media, local advertising, and community engagement for the store.
* Plan and execute in-store promotions
* Handle product selection, shipping, and inventory coordination with corporate teams
* Work closely with online sales and storefront teams to maximize performance.
*Requirements*
* Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in store management or small business ownership
* Strength in merchandising, marketing, and customer service
* Comfortable managing both creative responsibilities (social media, advertising) and operational details (inventory, shipping, scheduling).
* Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and accountability
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $45,550.35 - $54,856.34 per year
