Job Description:
The Resilient Connectivity Products Portfolio, within the Collins Mission Systems Strategic Business Unit, has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Contracts for the Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS) program. This candidate will play an integral role as a member of the program team responsible for cradle-to-grave contract management activities to include proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and contract closeout.
In this role, you will be responsible for customer communication, contract management, change management, coordination of invoicing, fulfillment of contract requirements in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. You will need to utilize regular application of thorough business acumen and subject matter expertise to understand program performance requirements, provide guidance, and influence results in support of program and financial objectives. Additionally, the Manager, Contracts is required to work closely with Program Management leadership, the Office of General Counsel, and cross-functional peers in support of program gate reviews, program management reviews, business strategy sessions, proposal reviews, risk management activities, and all other contractual related matters affecting the portfolio.
We are seeking a leader with business acumen and initiative who thrives and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and has the ability to navigate complex contractual landscapes, manage risk, and foster strong internal and external customer relationships. Your efforts will be critical to delivering products critical to Collins and the warfighter.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
