What you’ll do
You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support across phone, email, and our ticketing system. Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Deliver remote support using RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate and similar)
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues
- Document everything clearly and escalate when needed
- Spot opportunities to improve IT processes and the user experience
- Occasionally support after-hours projects, upgrades, or critical issues
You’ll thrive if you love solving problems, communicating clearly, and keeping people productive.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of help desk / IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with solid organization and communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bonus points for CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or similar certifications, or for pursuing/holding a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
