About the Role
The Data Platform organization in Disney Entertainment ESPN Product & Technology is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve our centralized source of truth for identity, device, and enterprise-wide customer data integration. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless cross-platform user experiences, accurate device and access intelligence, and compliant data activation for analytics, personalization, and security.
As a key leader within the Data team, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your work will empower internal teams by managing a unified view of customers across multiple diverse business units – this will power marketing activation, analytics, and more.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep data expertise, capable of translating ambiguous business needs into actionable product roadmaps while balancing scalability, performance, and privacy compliance. You will also lead the product strategy for modernizing legacy customer data pipelines. This includes migrating legacy systems to modern data-sharing architectures.

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA, Glendale, CA and Bristol, CT is $141,900 to $190,300 per year and in New York, NY is $148,700 to $199,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
