We are looking for a detail‑oriented and technically strong Senior Technician, Keys & Security Systems to support the safe and secure operation of our resort facilities. This role is responsible for managing Master Key (MK) systems, key control operations, and mechanical security hardware, as well as supporting audits and compliance activities.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, methodical, and experienced in lock systems, rekeying, and access control, with the ability to work closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to maintain high security standards across a complex operating environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, review, and maintain Master Key (MK) hierarchies for new and existing facilities
Oversee rekeying programs, lock maintenance, and the issuance and replacement of master keys
Lead Master Key compliance audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
Inspect mechanical locking hardware and Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS) to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities
Partner with Project Managers to review security hardware specifications and ensure installations comply with approved ironmongery schedules
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Risk and Compliance team as required
Respond to key‑related operational issues and provide timely, effective solutions
Job Requirements:
Secondary education or above
Key Master Certificate (required)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in lock systems, key control, or security hardware, preferably in large facilities, hospitality, or institutional environments
Solid technical knowledge of Master Key systems and mechanical locking hardware
Experience with rekeying, lock maintenance, and access control operations
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Proactive mindset with the ability to conduct regular checks and preventive maintenance
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders
Able to work independently while following established security policies and procedures
