Amber Hospitality Group operates two premier wedding and special event venues: The Legacy in St. Augustine, Florida, and The Yorkmont in Charlotte, North Carolina. With nearly 10 years in business and approximately 2,000 successful weddings, we’re known for creating elevated, luxury experiences for couples and their guests.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our St. Augustine team and take ownership of the sales journey—from the first inquiry and venue tour through contract signing and a seamless transition to event execution.
This is a highly relationship-driven sales leadership role for someone who enjoys meeting clients, building trust, presenting solutions, negotiating, closing business, and leading a team toward ambitious goals.

Reports To: Owner / Chief Executive Officer

Schedule: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Primarily business hours with occasional evening and weekend support

Travel: Approximately 5–10%, including occasional travel between company locations or for company events

Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 base salary + commission, depending on experience

What You’ll Do🎯 Own the Sales Process

Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through signed contract.

Respond quickly and professionally to new leads and nurture prospects throughout the decision-making process.

Conduct engaging in-person and virtual venue tours that showcase the value and experience of The Legacy.

Qualify prospective clients based on budget, guest count, wedding vision, date availability, and overall venue fit.

Present packages, pricing, enhancements, and premium-date options with confidence.

Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.

Build strong relationships with couples and families while creating a personalized, white-glove sales experience.

Consistently follow up with prospects to maximize conversion and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue goals.
📈 Drive Revenue & Sales Performance

Monitor lead volume, conversion rates, booking pace, average booking value, and overall sales performance.

Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upgrades, enhancements, premium dates, and additional services.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and communicate pipeline activity and projected bookings to leadership.

Analyze sales trends and make recommendations to improve conversion and revenue.

Take ownership of personal and team sales results.
👥 Lead & Develop the Team

Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing venue sales team.

Establish clear expectations around lead response, follow-up, client communication, and closing activity.

Assign daily priorities and monitor sales activity and performance.

Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to help team members improve their sales skills.

Assist with onboarding and training new team members.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, urgency, and exceptional customer service.
💻 Manage CRM & Sales Operations

Keep CRM records, sales pipelines, contracts, and client communications accurate and up to date.

Ensure every lead is properly tracked and receives timely follow-up.

Monitor sales KPIs and prepare recurring reports for executive leadershi
Pay Range:
USD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.
