What You'll Do
As our General Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of restaurant operations, ensuring both Front of House and Heart of House teams are performing at their best. You'll be the leader who sets the tone, creates accountability, develops talent, and delivers outstanding results.
You'll:
- Lead all restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and managers.

- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and quickly resolve concerns when they arise.
- Build schedules and staffing plans that support business needs and labor goals.
- Drive sales, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory, ordering, deliveries, and operational reporting.
- Keep the restaurant running smoothly by maintaining equipment, facilities, and organization.
- Lead by example, jumping in wherever needed to support the team and the guest experience.

What You Bring
- 3-5 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
- Experience leading operations in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
