Technical/Professional Knowledge (Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience)
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years property management experience at management level.
- Basic understanding of accounting, marketing concepts and analyzing data.
- Proven experience in customer service or property management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software, a plus.
Description
The Assistant Community (Property) Manager assists the Community Manager in the successful site management of the apartment community providing the necessary leadership, guidance and motivation to ensure a positive working environment and quality community living. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for administering the day-to-day leasing office operations and is responsible for overseeing all computer input of the apartment community.
