If you’re a BCBA or BCaBA looking for a position where you can use your clinical expertise, build meaningful relationships with students, and work alongside a supportive team, Hillcrest Educational Centers may be the place for you.
At Hillcrest, you’ll support children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral, developmental, and social/communication needs. With a caseload of just 8–11 students, you’ll have the opportunity to know your students, understand their needs, and see the impact of your work.
What You’ll Do
You will:
Develop and monitor individualized behavioral support plans using ABA principles.
Assess behavioral needs and use data to guide clinical decisions.
Work collaboratively with educators, clinicians, residential staff, families, and other professionals.
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Provide guidance and supervision to BCaBAs, RBTs, and other staff implementing behavioral interventions.
Participate in parent training and provide support to residential programs as needed.
Your Schedule:
Monday–Friday
The position may require up to one evening per week and one weekend day per month to accommodate parent training and residential support needs.
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree
Exam and license eligible
Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism, Intellectual, or Developmental Disabilities preferred
Salary Range: $78,205–$85,261 Annually
