*What You'll Do*
* Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
* Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
* Analyze clinical data and make programming decisions based on client progress
* Supervise, train, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
* Provide parent and caregiver training
* Collaborate with caregivers, schools, physicians, and interdisciplinary providers
* Maintain timely, accurate, and insurance-compliant clinical documentation
* Ensure ethical and effective implementation of treatment recommendations
* Mentor fieldwork students (optional)
*Qualifications*
*Required*
* Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
* South Carolina residency required due to insurance credentialing requirements
* Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
* Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental disabilities
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the service area
* Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Experience with caregiver training and staff supervision
* Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
* Knowledge of assent-based and trauma-informed ABA practices
* Experience with Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation requirements
