South Central Behavioral Services (SCBS) is seeking a full time Clinical Director for our Psychosocial Rehabilitation Programs, located primarily in Hastings. This is a full-time position with benefits and a sign on bonus of $5,000 after successfully completing new employee probation (6 months).
*Job Responsibilities: *
· Clinical oversight of our Rehabilitation Programs, including: Psychiatric Residential Rehabilitation, Day Rehabilitation, Day Support and Community Support Mental Health and Substance Use and Emergency Community Support.
· Understanding and implementation of state regulations, service definitions, and CARF standards for rehab services including referrals, admissions, discharges, ongoing supervision and peer reviews.
· Provides on-going supervision and case reviews with direct care staff.
· Works in cooperation with other agency programs for transition of care and appropriateness of treatment.
· Participates in the Leadership Group for the agency to include: development/implementation of our strategic plan, monitoring of clinical quality, adherence to the agency’s vision and mission.
*Qualifications:*
· Preferred Licensed as Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LDAC). Other licensure that meets programmatic requirements acceptable.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a setting serving adults with serious mental illness.
· Training in supervision of staff for clinical review.
