Responsibilities: The Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising clinical operations at the assigned location under the direct supervision of the Home Health Director. The Manager ensures that all Associates, including skilled nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides, provide service and function in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as agency and company philosophy, policies and service standards. The Manager also cultivates strong relationships with the community, other professions and key influencers in conjunction with agency and company goals. Qualifications: Education
