Servi-Tek Engineering is currently seeking a *BOMA Certified Journeyman* to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced building engineer with a strong understanding of commercial facility operations, preventive maintenance, and building systems.
Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
* Conduct daily inspections and log operational data
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
* Respond to service calls and troubleshoot building system issues
* Collaborate with property management and tenants to deliver high-quality service
* Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives
REQUIRED:
* Active *BOMA Journeyman Certification* required
* Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial building operations
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
