• Supervisory/management experience
• Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of client success
• The ability to be flexible and available as issues can arise 24 hours a day, seven days a week
• Policy development and training experience preferred
• Excellent skills with computers and phone etiquette
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and delegate
