Responsibilities:
Intrado is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Enterprise Data Management to lead and transform our enterprise data function. Reporting to the SVP of Information Technology, this leader will be responsible for defining and executing Intrado's enterprise data strategy, including data governance, master data management, data warehousing, analytics, and reporting.
This highly visible leadership role is ideal for someone who combines strategic vision with operational execution. You will partner closely with leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Security, and Legal to ensure Intrado has trusted, consistent, and actionable data that supports business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Enterprise Data Strategy and Governance
- Develop and execute the enterprise data management strategy, including governance, stewardship, quality, and master data initiatives
- Establish standards, policies, and processes that ensure data consistency, integrity, and accountability across the organization
- Lead Intrado's Data Governance Council and collaborate with executive stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide adoption of data standards
- Define and manage key master data domains, including customer, product, and contract data
- Establish data quality metrics and scorecards, and partner with business leaders to improve and sustain data health
Drive Systems of Record and Data Architecture
- Define and maintain enterprise systems of record and data ownership across key business platforms
- Partner with application, integration, and business teams to ensure data is collected, managed, and shared consistently across systems
- Oversee data lineage, integration standards, and governance processes that support reliable reporting and analytics
- Ensure enterprise data architecture supports scalability, compliance, and business objectives
Own the Data Warehouse and Enterprise Reporting Ecosystem
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and operation of Intrado's enterprise data platform and data warehouse environment
- Establish standards for trusted, certified data assets and enterprise reporting
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to define and maintain enterprise metrics and reporting definitions
- Drive reporting modernization efforts by consolidating duplicate reports, improving data accessibility, and reducing complexity across reporting tools
- Implement controls and reconciliation processes that ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
Build and Develop High-Performing Teams
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, data analysts, and governance professionals
- Foster a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and business partnership
- Establish clear intake, prioritization, and delivery processes that balance operational support with strategic initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and external partners while maintaining ownership of enterprise standards and roadmaps
Ensure Compliance, Security, and Data Protection
- Partner with Information Security and Legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, retention, and contractual requirements
- Implement controls, monitoring, and remediation processes that protect critical financial, customer, subscriber, and public-safety data
- Support enterprise risk management through effective governance, classification, and data protection practices
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data management, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise applications
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams that include both data engineering and analytics functions
- Demonstrated success implementing and operationalizing data governance and master data management programs
- Experience defining systems of record and managing data across integrated enterprise environments, including ERP, CRM, and operational applications
- Experience leading modern cloud-based data platforms, data warehouses, and enterprise reporting environments
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data lineage, data quality management, and governance best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive accountability in a matrixed organization
- Ability to travel 10% or as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure, and Databricks
- Background in private-equity-backed organizations or highly reporting-intensive environments
- Experience in telecommunications, technology, network services, public safety, or other regulated industries
- Experience managing environments where both commercial and operational data models must be maintained and governed

The starting salary is anticipated between $150,000 and $175,000 and will be commensurate with experience.
