Principal is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst III within our Retirement & Income Solutions (RIS) Data & Analytics team! In this role, we are looking for someone who is technically skilled in Power BI and SAS and familiar with other BI platforms. This individual will help shape the organization's BI strategy by evaluating reporting and analytics tools, participating in enterprise governance discussions, and identifying innovative ways to deliver insights through emerging technologies such as AI, agentic solutions, and LLMs.
This role will serve as an active participant in the enterprise BI Steering Committee, helping evaluate and guide decisions on analytics and reporting technologies, including which tools to adopt, optimize, or retire. The ideal candidate brings an experimental mindset, continuously exploring opportunities to improve how insights are delivered through emerging technologies such as AI, agentic solutions, and LLMs rather than relying solely on traditional reporting approaches. This individual will also develop a strong understanding of the RIS business, own existing reporting solutions, and support ongoing ad hoc analytics and reporting needs.
