Supply Chain Tech

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Supply Chain Technician to join our Materials Management Department in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Full Time

• Work Shift: Days

• Hours: Monday- Friday, 7:30a.m- 4:00p.m

What Your Day Looks Like: Materials Managementeffectively and efficiently manages the acquisition, warehousing, distribution, transportation, and processing of the equipment and supplies required for the smooth operation of the hospital.

As a Supply Chain Technician you will be:

• Aiding in all areas of managing the materials required for the operations of the organization.

• Filling requisition orders from STORES items and delivering orders to department or arranging for courier transport.

• Maintaining and monitoring the inventory control system, utilizing the computer inventory program and visual/manual checks to ensure the efficient use of inventory supplies.

• Pursuing reduction of inventory expirations by proposing ideas to increase turn and stock rotation.

Qualifications:

Education: Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Preferred background in medical supplies and/or warehousing and distribution

Skills: N/A

Licensure/Certification: N/A

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking
