Managing of customer engines which have been routed to the Singapore Service Centre facility for repair or overhaul, or to another facility within the P&WC Service Centre network facility, ensuring the highest quality of service, communication and product is provided in the most cost effective manner. Traveling is expected for this position.
Duties:
Review lease engine allocation and deployment in Asiapac for customer support
Support AOG in the region especially on rental deployment
Responsible for P&L of the Leasco business, ensuring profitability, manage credit exposure with Treasury and work with finance on all the billing reconciliation.
Manage in-house and remote engine events for customers within the Asia Pacific region, all P&WC engine models
Ensure customer requirements and expectations are effectively communicated to the facility’s representative in preparation for engine (or engine module) induction
Lead the Event Management team to enhance and improve MROCS process (CRM, Gate 0, induction, Standard work, MFA, credit/commercial issues)
Review cost estimates, and as required, evaluate alternatives and develop solutions to reduce cost, provide customized commercial solution (FFP, NTE etc).
Lead cost reduction initiatives and/or other strategic initiative projects. Resolve commercial risk engines, long term storage hold engines and work with respective stakeholders for resolution.
Provide accurate update in CRM and ensure excellent communications with customers on all matters
Liaise with customers to manage engines shop visit forecast, including rental engine requirements, for all scheduled and unscheduled shop events
Work closely with Leaseco, Program, credit and other stakeholders on various customer issues

EHS responsibilities
Work in accordance with accepted safe and environmental practices;
Report unsafe conditions and practices;
Make safety suggestion;
Investigate accident, incident or near misses, and follow-up on corrective actions;
Conduct workplace EHS inspection;
Is a member of the Safety/EHS committee.
Job Entry Requirement:
a. Experience:
Preferably minimum 8 years of Aviation experience
b. Education and Training.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or a Marketing (sales and services) discipline
On-going MBA an asset Self-motivated, positive, resourceful and results-oriented
Good communication and negotiation skills, both written and spoken
Meticulous and detail oriented
Team player with strong leadership skills
Good analytical skills, process business acumen
