The Hotel Integration Manager, for Food and Beverage is a strategic leader within the Hotel Strategy team, responsible for advancing cross-functional priorities across The Hotels of Disneyland Resort. This role leads integration efforts for assigned lines of business while maintaining a broad enterprise view of hotel operations, Guest experience, Cast experience, and long-term business performance. With a forward-thinking approach, the Hotel Integration Manager anticipates business needs, identifies emerging opportunities, and influences scalable solutions that support operational excellence and future growth. This role partners closely with Hotel Operations, Hotel Strategy leadership, Food & Beverage Experience Optimization, Walt Disney World, Operations Training, and other key stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate strategies that strengthen consistency, service, training, and overall execution across all three hotels.
Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, training audiences, days of the week, and times of day.
Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications
· 3+ years of leadership experience
· 3+ years of hotel or resort experience
Preferred Qualifications
· A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
· Experience in Training, Hotel Operations, or another related field
· Subject matter expertise preferred in one or more hotel lines of business, such as Recreation, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Hotel Experience, Housekeeping, or Bell Services
The hiring range for this position in California is $93,200.00-$128,000.00. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
